"I wouldn't trust this company AT ALL. I ordered the 57 mg nitenpyram and each capsule weighed around 30-40 mg--almost HALF of what is listed on the bottle. I contacted the company and couldn't get any answer as to how they were going to fix the problem. They were very sarcastic because I made a typo and accidentally wrote that I had purchased the "67" mg capsules. Even though I added a copy of my invoice to the email to prove what I bought, all I got from them was that they didn't sell 67mg capsules. I emailed back and asked them to show me a little more courtesy and please answer how they were going to fix the problem and they emailed back complaining that I called them "rude." There was absolutely no comments from them about how they were going to fix the problem of scamming me by sending me about half the product, and also no place in my emails did I ever call them rude. I finally had to put a claim on PayPal where they went through their whole accusations again that I called them "rude." Never once did they offer any explanation or any fix for sending me less than what I ordered. I had to escalate the claim on PayPal because there was no dealing with these totally unprofessional people. Frankly, I've never dealt with anyone like this and am amazed they remain in business. I suppose they were upset because I actually caught their lie by weighing the capsules they sent. They tried to pull the old "yours is the only complaint we've ever received" is complete bull. Many other reviews I've read about this so-called place of business also state that they are rude and unprofessional. One can only wonder how many other customers have been shortchanged on their orders because most people probably do not have milligram scales to weigh the product to make sure they aren't being scammed.
