"Looks like the company is turning around! I ordered bedding over the Labor Day holiday and hadn't received it a week later. I wasnt able to track the shipment correctly. When I complained I got not one but THREE responses back from customer service. My bedding arrived safe and sound. FYI on the tracking numbers: the link on the email routes you to the US Postal Service but they are using FEDEX in conjunction with USPS for delivery so check the FEDEX site as well."
