I ordered a generic 128MB strip of PC133 which was "guaranteed compatible with all motherboards", part # 02011.
It was *NOT* "compatible with all motherboards", registering only as 64MB on a Shuttle HOT 597, with an updated BIOS (that accepts 128MB per slot).
I got an RMA, filled it out, and returned the memory the next day.
It is now over 3 weeks later.
I have sent 3 emails about this (since I got the RMA), to which I have received NO REPLIES!!!
I called today, and the person that answered the phone (who spoke only non-understandable, very broken English) "didn't know anything about it, will have someone else call back" today - NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL!!!
I'm CERTAIN that they "never received" the returned memory, and that this is the story they will stick to, after reading several other ratings which state that their return was "never received".
I *WILL* be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division in BOTH my state and in California, along with the BBB!!!
DESPICABLE CROOKS!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! DON'T RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT GETTING A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY!!!"

"Ordered "256MB PC133 168PIN SDRAM 32x4 MT Brand" (with lifetime warranty) in October 2002. Received it in a satisfactory amount of time, but had data bits go bad on it within 2 months. Sent it back in early January 2003 for replacement and I'm still waiting (as of Feb. 4). According to emails, they claim they haven't received it yet. At this point I'm feeling pretty confident that I'm never going to get what I paid for.

"i called before ordering to check if what i needed was in stock (3gb ddr ram). i explained that i needed it in two days. they shipped it out that day, and i had the ram two days later. the packing was great, and the ram worked perfectly. i gladly recommend them, and i will do business with them again."
