"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
It is a fake front-end for a Hong Kong company.

The product I received is of poor quality and defective - it stopped working after one use. They do not answer my emails and there is not "real person" to talk to. The shipping is costly, not to mention duties that have to be paid on the shipment.

"I find thier web site missleading. I thought I was dealing with a company located and shipping from within Canada. Within fifteen minutes of placing an order I tried to cancel it. I contacted Visa and Paypal, they said I had to contact the merchant.I sent 2 emails to them, one within an hour of the order and another 12 hours later.. No RESPONCE. 48 hours later I get notification the battery has been shipped.
They seem very quick at making the sale but ignore the cancellation. Even if the battery is perfect and arrives in record time, I will not deal with Laptop-battery-shop.ca again

"They sent wrong battery even when I put proper battery in the notes section of order, told me this when I complained"We can change the right item for you, we want to help every customer sincerely .
But first you should known who make this mistake.", I had to mail it back for another one, did not know that they were located in Hong Kong until the package came. Now sending back an error shipment is costly! If I knew they were located there I would not have dealt with them! The website was a .ca domain!! So after sending the package back to them, they say they did not get it over 3 months later. Thats where it stands now.
