"Received a faulty Dell laptop battery. Emailed a request to return & refund but only reply was to provide tracking no. from Post Office as if I never received battery - but I did receive it! Sent 10 emails over a period of 54 days and still no contact from company. It makes me think that they're trying to avoid me just to keep my money."
