"Worst website I have ever ordered from. I received the order late, it was the wrong type of keyboard and it was used and broken. Long and pointless process of returning the keyboard cost me 20 bucks and I am now being accused of sending the wrong keyboard back to them. Never been so angry at a customer service program in my life. If anyone knows how to take legal action against a website for doing this, please let me know."
