"The battery they sold me lasted about three weeks before the charge diminished to about 30 minutes. After two months, the battery completely failed. I contacted customer service and they told me that I waited too long to contact them and a replacement charge of $20 would apply. Poor Chinese quality battery. Avoid at all costs!"

"I received my order for a 'genuine' Lenovo battery in good order. However, it was NOT a genuine battery, and my laptop refuses to charge it.
I emailed them and left contact requests on their site for more than a month, but did not heard a word from them at all.
I've recently been contacted by the company, and informed that their entire organisation was negatively affected by the spread of Corona Virus.
Since I had gone and purchased another battery from somewhere else, the comany was kiind enough to provide a full refund for my battery.
I rescind any previous negative comments, and truly hope that they are able to resume normal operations after such a devastating interruption."

First thing the next morning, I received a email asking for a picture of my power supply, I complied.10 days later I received my order, a Manilla envelope with a box inside, the box was plain except for a small hand written number on it.Inside was a Apple iPad charger, worth 1/3 what I paid.
After an email to their customer service, they apologized and asked if there were any numbers on the box, and if there were, to tell them what the numbers were, I emailed them the #.
Their reply informed me that there had been a mistake and that that item should have went to someone in a different country!
They provided the person's name and address and asked me to send the package to that person! At this point I decided not to reply and cut my losses at just under $100..... Save yourself a headache and do not buy from the laptop battery shop!"

"The battery I ordered arrive, albeit very delayed, but they say it was caused mostly due to strict customs inspections.
My previous review was quite harsh, admittedly, but they've been helpful all along the way so I owe them a good review for being patient with me and getting my battery delivered. I have yet to test it, but I trust it will work well as a replacement for my current dead battery.

I thought this at first but after removing a serial label and some electrical tape and cleaning with white spirit, I revealed the Lenovo logos. Do not be fooled by the comments below. "Battery was pictured as genuine Dell; I put a note in my order saying I only wanted the battery if it was indeed genuine Dell, otherwise to cancel the order - they shipped a non-Dell battery anyway and it failed completely in only 16 months - won't take a charge at all. Warranty was 1 year, wrote to customer service. Their customer service would not do anything accept offer to sell me another crap battery with a 5% discount."
"Beware, I brought what the website said is an OEM HP battery but when I received the item all HP markings we're crossed out. They said its because their shipper doesn't allow them to send out products with brand names on them. Now if the items were OEM then why would the shipper care if their is a brand name on them? The only reason a shipper would do this is because the products are fake and won't ship out fake goods.
I did open a dispute in paypal but they have said I have to return the items which has cost me another £20.00, it took me a long time to get an RMA number from them too.
If you need a laptop battery don't go to this place as you won't get what you ordered and will have to pay to get your money back"
