"Battery didn't fit properly - connectors didn't line up because of a bulging case. Very poor build. Asked for money back - was told in broken English that it wasn't their problem. Was willing to send battery back to them. No response.
Opened a PayPal case, they responded that they would send a "rma". Then I noticed the Chinese mobile number on the PayPal account. Asked why no Australian phone number. No response. Escalated to PayPal dispute. Got a full refund from PayPal including postage.
Don't expect any aftermarket support if something goes wrong. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so it was easy to get my money back."

I have had a poor experience from the battery store, unfortunately. Where initially they were helpful in setting a small problem right (the battery supplied was defective), they have in the end declined to supply the part I have ordered. I am now left with an item that I did not want and no way of obtaining the part I did order.
The store battery appears unable to supply the product as advertised on their website and as promised when the purchase was made.
I would expect a level of integrity from business that means I could be confident of receiving goods that I have paid for. It shoukld be regarded as less of a "waste of money" to honor the deal, than to leave a customer dissatisfied.
It would appear that the battery store beleives there is some obligation on me, the buyer, to make sure I receive the correct goods in good order, when this is clearly not the case. I have no control over the outcome of this deal and have paid my money in simple trust that your company will be honourable to make good on its promises.
I fail to understand why your company would not wish to make good on the agreement entered into.
I have kept my side of the deal by paying $84.78 as well as an additional $15 to your company and I expect that your company will in turn keep your side by supplying a GATEWAY TA7 14.8V 6600mAh laptop battery.

The battery I received was defective and they simply refused to replace it unless I was ready to part with more money because "it is expensive for us too". I tried to reason them to no avail: unless I paid more money and paid for the return, I could go and rot in hell.
