"I purchased an open box wall lamp. They advertise open box items are "up to 70% off." My item had been marked down $18, then, a $9 shipping and processing charge appeared in my cart. Buried in their FAQ's is a passage referencing an extra fee for open box products. So I saved 9 bucks. Not much of an "outlet" price. I contacted customer service who informed me they could not change the price or waive the fee. I will keep this in mind for future purchases. "
