The customer service representative on the phone did absolutely nothing but tell me it was a legit address. $40 down the drain and now a very negative opinion of the company. "A complete ripoff for shipping cost. They charged me $22.50 to ship a couple of items costing $114.98. These items probably weight less than 4 lbs. and would easily fit in a box sized 15"x15"x15"

UPS cost should have been closer to $13 max. If they weren't the ONLY company that carried the product I was ordering, I DEFINITELY wouldn't have bought it from them (many of their items are easily found on Amazon.com)."
