"Absolutely disgraceful service, blinds were awful to put it mildly, pull strings all over the place and over 9 metres excess tangled inside the box, damaged head rails and one was 20mm too short, pencil mark on material, most of the screws were sheared off and in the wrong place. Had to pay someone £150 to put them right and when I complained the poor little sole owner said I was harassing her. Please don't pay these extortionate prices. "

"Had three pairs of curtains with interlining and blackout lining made. Incredible job. They were delivered on time and packed beautifully. I had samples prior to ordering and I couldn't speak more highly of them the price was two thirds of other online companies. The 6 inch heading was unusual as well and as curtains were very long it looks much nicer."

"The curtains are ok but it is impossible to talk to anyone. I have e mailed twice and phoned 3 times but no one has returned my call. When I placed my order I asked for the material that had been cut off for pattern matching so that I could make some patchwork cushions this was not sent instead I had a pair of tie backs that I will not use. I will not deal with this company again, if they can't be bothered to contact me as a customer they do not deserve my custom."
"Do not use these cowboys. My order should have been received in 9 days. On day 10 I contacted them for an update to be told there was an issue with the fabric and that the new fabric would arrive 3 weeks later. They promised to keep me updated on receipt of the fabric - they didn't. 4 weeks later I contact them for an update to be told the fabric hasn't arrived. I tell them to cancel my order and request a refund. Apparently despite the fact they have broken our contract it will take 30 days for a refund. So after 30 days no refund and I chase them again. Apparently my card has become void and so they couldn't refund me but didn't have the decency to contact me. My card had expired but if they had bothered to pick up the phone I would have told them the details without issue. I have finally got a refund but only after threatening to go back to my credit card company! Don't use them! In fact they continue to harass me with emails even when I've expressly told them I do not want to be contacted by them again."
"Terrible experience... All promises at the start then they took a week to deliver my order when it was advertised as next day, when it arrived was completely wrong which you would expect an 'I'm sorry we will collect them straight away' instead i got 'oh well don't you like those ones?' obviously by this time I had lost my faith and asked for a collection and refund. 'Um ok I can speak to accounts, refunds take 30 days' After that I was treated like the bad guy and being unreasonable and they even told me they had been trying to email me and it bounced back so it was now a fraudulent case because I was using a different email. I only have one email address! Hugely frustrating, very unprofessional. These people have very strange ideas about what good customer service is.
My advise is stay well clear, much much better companies with similar pricing out there "
