"Bought a counter top microwave in the middle of April. It stopped working in the middle of May. My husband and I both made several calls to Kenmore, Sears and Kmart and spoke to several different people with promises to "get the problem fixed". Filed a complaint with customer solutions, even have a case number. We have not heard from the company. They have terrible customer service, they are not trustworthy and will not stand behind the products they sell. I will never buy any of their products again!"
