"Placed an order with Kegerator.com for a family member and I regret ever dealing with this company. Product was never marked as back ordered, nor did I find out until a few days later when I logged into my account to find out why it hasn't shipped yet. Spoke to customer service two separate occasions and both times I was treated like a piece of gum on the bottom of your shoe. I will never, and I repeat never deal with this company (Living Direct) again. My item finally shipped and the item is not the same item that was pictured and I had ordered. I'll go elsewhere to reorder the correct part and take the loss just so I don't have to deal with them again. "
