"They have a good selection of bbq accessories, I needed a temp guage replacement for my grill and ordered 3 guages on a single order. When placing the order I gave shipping address for ups and fedex and noted another address in case they shipped USPS. We don't have usps delivery at the ups/fedex address. They shipped to the UPS/Fedex address via USPS, despite our efforts to avoid that. The order was returned as undeliverable to them. 4 days later when we inquired about the replacement shipment we were told they needed to receive the package back first. Only when I forwarded the tracking info showing it was already delivered back to them was a replacement sent. The coup de gras for me was the message I received when the second shipment was sent out "Your package will go out today. For future purchases, we will not reship at no charge if the correct shipping address on the packing slip. It plainly states that we ship USPS on our web page." It does NOT show they ship USPS on their main page, otherwise I would have used the USPS address, and I did note both addresses on the original order, so this is my fault???
I did a google site search and USPS shipping is only mentioned on two pages that are product specific, hardly obvious and prominent.
