"If you live in Canada don't even bother ordering from here. Called a total of 3 times and Customer service said to wait patiently. The package hit the 4 week mark and they said the package is lost and they cant refund my money for shipping. Kitchen Charm (from the National Bridal Show) gave theses for free. I feel like this is a scam because we paid close to $65 Canadian dollars for shipping for 2 rings and no money is being refunded. STAY AWAY! better off going to a local jeweler. "
"Well after reading all the reviews i was worried... i thought ok i will spend the 50 dollars for 2 rings (i found a coupon for free ring) and see if they actually come and BOOM amazing i had no issues at all, shipped fast and they are nice looking rings i bought two mens tungsten and love them. i think they are stepping up from what i have read. Buy from them for sure!"
"product value is likely less that $5-$10, ask a reputable jeweler (Zales, Kays, Jared, etc.) & see for yourself. Customer service is awful & has not delivered my product after 3 inquires. Stay away!"
"HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Special ordered a ring that they stated should take 6-8 weeks to make. Called back a week 3 weeks later to check status of the ring and they said that it had not begun production yet.Called them back later that day to cancel the order and they wanted to charge me a $6.00 restocking fee . I asked WHY am I paying a restocking fee for a ring that just hours ago you said had not even begun production and they stated " it is in line for production ".... I politely asked " how can you restock something that has not yet been produced " , and they stated that the $6.00 restocking fee would apply if I wanted to cancel the order. I told them that I was planning on cancelling the special order and just placing an order for a NEW ring with the gift card I had from them, and if they were going to charge me a $6.00 restocking fee for something that has not even been MADE yet, they will lose my business which is a LOT more than $6.00 profit for them ! They then told me the order was cancelled and that I would be charged the $6.00 restocking fee. I politely asked them to run it by their manager that they are going to lose a WHOLE lot of business due to the 6.00 restocking fee, as I had a gift card to use through them, and the $6.00 restocking fee will eliminate ANY future business from me. Their reply was " the $6.00 restocking fee has been deducted from your refund "......
obviously their managers feel that they would rather make $6.00 on a restocking fee than have someone use $500 of their gift card money!! Simple economics would lead me to believe that they will make a lot more $ on a $500 purchase than a $6.00 restocking fee, but what do I know..
This was my first and last purchase through them and I encourage you NOT to waste your time and money at JVL unless you want to deal with a lot of frustration . Just my opinion so be warned"
"I got my and mines FH wedding bands through JVLJEWELRY.com they were free !!! didn't pay anything for the rings. I paid $25.00 for shipping and handling per ring... I received a gift card 246885 by attending a show of pots and pans I think it was something called Royal Prestige btw great show.. Well they gave us the gift card and well the rest is history!! placed my order I got titanium because it is so light weigh versus the FH, he wanted something more masculine and got tungsten. We both love our rings and couldn't be happier!! Thanks to JVL and R.P. for the great gift."
