"I placed an order on their website since they also sell on amazon,I thought it would be faster, but a week went by and didn't get a shipping notice at all, so I called them and complaint about it, they shipped my items that day. They freaked me out because they only sent a confirmation email for my order but nothing else, and a week went by without hearing from them, so finally i got my stuff. If you buy from them order 2 weeks in advance, a week to process the order and a week to get your stuff delivered."
