"it’s been over two months. I ordered a backpack for school way before school even started just to be prepared. it’s been two whole months and I haven’t even gotten an email from them or ANY updates whatsoever. I have sent many emails to their “support email” and i have not received any answers. I have not gotten emailed back, still to this day have no updates on my order. I’m very upset because it wasn’t cheap and I don’t even know where to go to get a refund for my stuff. I hate this. I don’t recommend you order anything from here. "
