Never again

"Ordered a bouquet for special 80th birthday for my sister and at 6.40pm they sent an e mail saying they hadng delivered!!
I contacted them and said I was annoyed and upset and they offered to refund 25% of the £55 I had paid.I replied I wasn't satisfied as effectively they were offering me just over the extra I paid for delivery.
I have now been told I will receive a full refund but that isn't the point,my sister lives alone and she never got the flowers for her birthday. I will never use them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service

"I ordered flowers for my friends birthday same day delivery, I hadn’t heard anything from her with regards to the delivery which was strange, I left it a day and then asked if she had received anything, no she hadn’t I then wrote an email to Interflora when looking through my inbox For the order number I found an email headed quality assurance which stated that they couldnt fulfil my order and had cancelled it, no other communication from them, this is so appalling, I have now missed my friends birthday and feel terrible that she received nothing from me on her birthday, absolutely disgusting I haven’t used Interflora for sometime and will never use them again "

Terrible flowers, terrible customer service

"I ordered the flowers that looked the brightest & most vibrant from the photos advertised. What was received was nothing like the photo. They were dull, not colourful at all and certainly not fresh. They cost £52 with postage and definately were not worth it.
I was so disappointed and really upset for my friend who should have received a nice cheery bunch of colourful flowers. She got a depressing dull bunch with no colour at all. It’s a shame I can’t upload a photo with this review as the difference is shocking. I understand that flowers never look exactly the same, however a bunch that is advertised with such a bright & colourful bunch in the picture, should at least in some way be similar or should be more specific & tell you that it may arrive without any colour at all!!
What is even more shocking is the customer service reply I received telling me that because I had selected “A spring hand tied, a florists choice arrangement to be delivered”. Apparently, this means it’s ok for something entirely different to be delivered instead with “nothing they can do”!
The flowers that were received were not even nice. The majority of the bunch was made up with a green flower! Very little effort with the arrangement to make it look appealing.
Terrible experience and will not ever purchase from Interflora again.
I would rate 0 stars if this was an option!

"Ordered flowers for my civil ceremony and got something different. No warning was given ahead of time soI couldn’t make other arrangements. Only a last min call to “inform” me that the flowers will be different from what I ordered.

STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere.

Same Day Delivery is a joke

"I ordered from Interflora using the same day delivery method. Delivery is promised on THE SAME DAY by 6pm, if you order before 3pm. I ordered the flowers just after 1pm. I was notified one hour later that delivery was not possible due to “local delivery issues” and delivery would instead take place on the following working day. I was told a refund of £2 for the difference in delivery charge would be refunded back to me. Fortunately, the flowers were not for a specific reason, so I accepted this, not that I had much choice, but considering it states on the website they guarantee same day delivery, I think this is really very bad customer service and I won’t be using Interflora again. A company should not promise something if they clearly can not honour it (it’s not as if I live in the middle of no where, I’m Birmingham based so there should be enough florists to cater for my order!) Shame, as usually the quality is fairly decent.

If I had have been compensated for the inconvenience for more than just a mere £2, I may not be so unimpressed.

Underwhelming

"Ordered a bunch for £35 from a florist who uses this website and I was gutted when it came! Came with cheap flowers and looked more like a £10 bunch of flowers I'd get from tesco. Expensive delivery. I called and complained about the size and the florist was nice enough to send me out a bigger bunch free of charge. Next time I will be ordering through phone or in store and will be staying clear of this company and their website because they are terrible "

Flowers arrived half dead

"Flowers arrived an hour ago, left on the door step and basically run away. The flowers were not fully submerged in the water, half are just about dead, guess the delivery driver saw that and ran. I have emailed await a response and apology and want to know what they are going to do about it, it my birthday so perhaps you can rectify the situation by sending flowers that are healthy? "

Unflorished and wilted

"Ordered for my wife's birthday, first time ordering from these guys, flowers came unflorished looked like old and some where 'dead' didn't look bright as I was expecting looked dry and 'taky'. I rang the store next day as it was too late to ring on the day, so I contacted them the day after they said they were fresh flowers which they weren't and they said they can't do anything about it. I paid for delivery so I had to drive 4miles to the shop to return and they were unwelcoming and didn't offer a refund even though the occasion was over. Won't be ordering from these guys again. "
