"I ordered a Wii on 12/10 and was told by NDS that it shipped on 12/16. I never received any other communication from the seller until January, despite an email a day requesting shipping information etc. My first email back from them was on 1/9/08,a month later, telling me to file a chargeback with my credit card company to Moneybookers, the NDS preferred money transfer co. I finally did receive my money back, but only after hours of negotiating with Moneybookers and my cc company. Buyer Beware!! Nerd Digital Solutions never kept any commitments and took my money knowing they were not going to ship any product. "
