"Go to slim and trim. I dont care. Do anything else but order from I-supplements. They shipped my order before the took the funds from my account. Clearly states on their website your account will be deducted as soon as order submits. Jim called and left a voicemail saying they were holding my supplement until the echeck issue was resolved. Well I wish that were true, Jim. At least I could have gotten a refund at that point. Their "computer" has ran the transaction 3 times since then. And once was immediately after the time before. Yet they expect you to believe "the computer does what it's told." 3 overdraft fees from my bank. And an NSF charge from scwartz laboratories? Who btw I was told was i-supplements banking institution. I google scwartz laboratories and they are another vitamin supplement company. Not a bank! Not only has this cost me $170 for a product that was only supposed to be 39.99, not only have I been lied to left and right.. the product I recieved was nothing more than a stacker. I took 1. Still 3 weeks later. I only took one the one time. It makes you feel like garbage. After all this, the lies, misinformation, and ungodly amount of money it has cost me.. THEY STILL haven't take the 43.92 I originally owed! Why so their "bank" which is actually another supplement company can collect more NSF next week! It's been 7 days since I spoke to Jim. Tamara is who told me scwartz was their banking institution. She's very nice. Jim is very rude. What they do have in common is they're both liars. I don't care if I get up to 250lbs and absolutely nothing else is working! I will never do business with the liars and thieves at i-supplements again! If they haven't taken the 43.92 out of my account by tomorrow reporting them to the FTC. I encourage all of you who have been done wrong by this company to do the same. "
"I initially had some problems ordering, but they contacted me, offered options, and gave me a nice discount for my trouble. My order shipped within 24 hours after that. They have a few issues to work through with credit card companies, but now have PayPal in place until the issues get worked out. I'll order from them again. "
