"I saw an Ad on Facebook from this company and jumped at the opportunity to grab highly discounted wireless earbuds. They did not fit my ears right and had a hard time staying in and the sound quality wasn’t the greatest for my work atmosphere. I explained my situation and after a few pics and follows up I was refunded my purchase amount. I was thrilled by this outcome and sorry that they did not work out, but I’m working MacWorld now and will have no problem purchasing something in the future. Thank you again!"
