"Like most I began my Christmas shopping in November. My son wanted security cameras for his new home. I purchased a system but needed an extra long HTMI cable. I found it on Ebay, seller is iTrimming. Christmas morning when all the gifts were opened it was discovered I purchased a cable with the wrong connectors. My fault completely. iTrimming flatly refused to consider a refund or exchange because it was outside their 30 days "return policy". 3 different emails with Vicky of their Customer Service team, explaining it was a Christmas gift and I shopped 'early'. They absolutely didn't care. They were standing firm. It was outside 30 days and their POLICY was unchangeable. Most reasonable companies understand that people shop early for Christmas and have a policy in place precisely for this. This company has hundreds of negative reviews on Ebay. Mine is one more in a long list."
"I searched everywhere for an armband for my iPod to use when I worked out. Everywhere I looked wanted to charge too much. I found this site online and they had the armband I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I even found a new case for my iPhone and a car charger.

"I have ordered from iTrimming on numerous occasions. All but my most recent order went well. My most reent order was a leather holster case and LCD screen guard for my HTC Incredible. Shipping was customarily fast, and the case was as advertised. However, the LCD screen guard was ever so sligtly too large for the LCD glass. This caused the guard to overlap the small gap beween the glass and the side of the plastic phone case, and the guard kept peeling up. Note: this was NOT an installation error, the guard was not cult properly to match the size of the screen. I emailed iTrimming's customer service, but got no reply. I may not order from iTrimming again."
"I ordered something from itrimming and the immediatly realized it was the wrong item i canceled it less than 15 min after placing the order. i recieved an email almost 2 days later notifying me that they are sorry the item shippped and therefore cannot cancel the order! they waited till they shipped the item and then responded to my email. isnt that incredible?!"
