No Response after receiving money for mobile purchase at IP Mart.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

I have placed an order (Order ID: 21248503) on IP MART.IN Website on 04.05.2017.

Payment done by debit card for Rs. 1270/- at the time of purchase on 04.05.2017.

After receiving payment they have not provided status updates or any confirmations my email/SMS

They are not giving proper response to my calls on the status.

Today it's 11.05.2017.

Till now i have not received the ordered item.
