"Had an issue but they resolved to my satisfaction."

"They have a beautiful product, beautiful webpage and lousy service.

I've asked for a refund and can't get it: false advertising! All I get back is a bunch of gobbledygook telling me the issue is "resolved." Yah, for them it is - they've got my money and I've got nothing!
Now I'm trying to find how to get my constructive criticism up the chain of command. I find I've got to go outside their usual system to get to people higher up in the chain of command.

"A friend unlocked his iPhone 4 easily with iNeedJailbreak, so I took his recommendation and tried to unlock my iPhone 3G. My phone was wiped totally clean, and left in a state that iTunes is unable to restore. I was forced to buy a new phone. At first, customer service looked like they would help me with my issue, but now they respond to emails by telling me "this case is closed" even though they did nothing to try to fix my problem. This was an expensive mistake. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!"

"The person who wrote this review was probably scammed by another site claiming to be iNeedJailbreak.com. The other site running this scam was unlockiphone4s.net and they took a few people's money and then sent them an email receipt saying to create their account on our site. We had their payment processor shut them down. We tried to assist the few affected people to get their money back and made requests to Plimus who processed the payments for the scam-website on their behalf.

"WARNING - Having paid for the service/product via PayPal the company state they have no record of the payment, of my email address or of my personal details. This is obviously at odds with the simple fact they sent me a confirmation email with a transaction ID and link for subscription activation. On supplying them with a copy of THEIR email sent to me they just ignored it's significance. After some investigation I have identified others who have experienced similar problems with this company. I believe they are operating a scam by obtaining your money by deception. I shall locate their address and report their actions to the local Police."
