"Terrible customer service. My order was not received and I requested refund 2 times but declined. I was told according to the delivery company it was dropped off at the door. I was also told I should check with my neighbor. Also, 'sometimes delivery companies update as delivered before order was delivered'. I was not offered assistance in tracking down the order. I have bought the same items for a few times and they don't even consider helping me to track the package. I will never buy from them again. No contact for the delivery company was given to me. No live person to talk to. Worst experience with any online store I've ever shopped with. As for the delivery company, I searched it out and called but was not able to get a hold of anyone. I was holding on the line for 30 mins and got hung up. Called again, same thing happened. The chat function was not working, sent an email still waiting for the response."
"This used to be a reliable company, but they’re shifty thieves now, so I made an account specifically to warn people here. I am dealing with the same things so many other people here have noted: I put in an order, was charged for it, and have since been unable to log in again, check tracking, or get either of those two issues resolved. Why? Because they have no customer service. They officially have no phone customer service, and do not respond to emails. If you send them messages on social media, they’ll respond after taking a full day, with generic responses, giving you the runaround, so they effectively have no customer service whatsoever. The recent negative reviews I see for them are exactly the same thing, being experienced by various other people; deactivated accounts for no reason, runarounds, no customer service, no products arriving, and no resolutions. I’m just glad I didn’t spend thousands of dollars with these crooks and liars. I have no idea why they choose to act like this. Had they just been honest and run their business normally, I’d have continued ordering from them and giving them my business. They did things dishonestly and are scammers, so I’ll never spend another penny with them again. Why do this? Dishonest, thieving, and shady. Stay away from this company. "

I contact immediately iHerb and after short conversarion with Carlos he really apologies and issued a full refund. Never ever before i have been received a refund like this as after 6h the full amount already appear on my bank account. Fair play iHerb for this. But guys this is not all. "xcellent experience. As a long time iHerb customer I have always been completely satisfied. iHerb makes is easy for me to get natural, affordable products for my family. The processing of orders has always been accurate and very fast. Until my two recent orders, I used to always purchase the same products. The 'reorder' button has saved me time, since product and payment histories have been conveniently saved for me. My last two orders were for several different items. The adding of items to the shopping cart was incredibly easy. In my experience most online stores take you to another webpage when you add an item to your cart, and then you must go back to the store to continue shopping, which is really annoying and time consuming if you are purchasing lots of products. iHerb merely opened a small menu box allowing the product to be added to the cart. In order to continue shopping, I just closed the box and stayed on the same page of products. It was an easy shopping experience and the variety of different kinds of natural products is outstanding!"

"It was nightmare to get my package. IHerb sent the package to my country, to a local delivery company (Boxit). However, from that point on, I was on my own, fighting their poor customer service. When I arrived to pickup my package, it wasn't there. It took 3 weeks and dozens of emails both with IHerb and Boxit to find the package. So much energy wasted. The sad thing is that the package could be tracked immediately."

"I don’t often write reviews but felt obligated to do so as I received an excellent service from the company iHerb and cannot understand how this company has had so much negative feedback on here.
I ordered two packs of multivitamins from them on the 26/04/2020 and they arrived with me on the 06/05/2020.
Bear in mind that this company is an American company and I am from the UK so 10 days is a very fast delivery service; especially with the current situation the world is facing.
They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process via email and provided order details, shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation and also provided tracking details etc.
Product arrived well packaged and I am very happy with my purchases and will most definitely be using this company again.
I’d also like to add that their prices are very fair.
They offered the best price for the brand of vitamins that I wanted with delivery to the UK and I did compare quite a few retailers.
