"I bought a dress from Ifitdress.com & did the custom measurements & am completely unsatisfied with it. There were tears on the lace, the bottom hem was completely lopsided & the top lace cover was shorter them the material that was under it. Plus the shoulders were supposed to be right against my shoulders & instead they were hanging down. I contacted them & they told me to find someone local to embroider the lace tears. I couldn't find anyone to embroider the lace & fix it. I am out the money I spent on the dress & shipping because I wasn't able to wear it. I will never be ordering from them again.
They ruined my night for a military ball.
I have contacted again with pictures & told them they could have their dress back & that I wanted a refund & haven't heard from.

"This company is very legit. I had my bridesmaids to oder their dresses from this site and they all came back just like how the picture looked on their site. I had my girls to do the custom measurement order to assure that their dresses would come back as a perfect fit as possible. I can say that you have to smart and knowledgable to know what total inches in height is because if you don't your dress can come back made inaccurately. This happened with one of my girls and the company worked with us to remake the dress for 1/2 the cost of the first one. I also caught one of my other girls dress order too who didn't enter the right height measurement. They amended the measurements accordingly. Each time I emailed the company they responded in a timely (within 24 hours) and professional manner. I give this company 5 stars and would be ordering from this site for myself in the near future."

"I bought a wedding dress from Ifitdress.com. I was extremely worried and cautious as I have read some negative reviews on forums like this, AND I was buying a very detailed dress.

I received the dress today (3 days before expected), and it is absolutely gorgeous! I chose "custom size" and gave my exact measurements, and the sizing is completely spot on. The detailing is incredible and perfect. There are no smudges, oil spots, or color spots on my dress.

I have been talking with Customer Service throughout the whole buying process, and they have been extremely helpful and concerned about what exactly I wanted, and the dress I received is everything I hoped it would be! I am VERY happy with my purchase!"

"I bought a dress from IfitDress in a size 4, and it came fitting horribly, far off what any normal size 4 would fit. I tried to return, but the rude stagg at IfitDress told me I needed to take pictures of my daughter (who is underage) in the dress before they would accept a return. I would never send such pictures in a poorly fitting dress that shows a lot of skin to a bunch of potential perverts in China. NEVER BUY FROM IFITDRESS.COM !!!"
