"BEWARE! I ordered an XBOX Elite with missing faceplate from iCraveit in December... the pictures of the xbox showed the warranty sticker untampered. When I received the xbox it looked good but the sticker was tampered with and the system had obviously been opened. I called support and the guy was extremely helpful and said there must have been a mistake... he sent an rma and i returned the xbox. They did send another xbox elite but this one was badly damaged and falling apart. It looked like the internals had been swapped (ports in the case did not match the ports where av ports would plug in). I called support again and spoke with a woman who said that they sometimes are like that... i explained that the item i received was badly damaged and falling appart. She said she would not send out a replacement so i asked for a refund. She sent an RMA and i returned the xbox. I never received the credit. I called every other week for 2 months and their response was that it was with accounting to process the refund. On the final time I called they told me that the system was damaged and missing the faceplate and they would not issue a refund!?!?!? WTF? I sent it back first saying the same exact thing... it was a damaged piece of crap... She said there was nothing they could do... they would not issue me a refund. Bad Business. Paypal would not issue refund because it passed their 45 day limit... MAKE SURE YOU FILE ISSUES WITH PAYPAL WITHIN 45 DAYS! They intentionally stalled processing so that the time to dispute would pass. I got burned."

"Do not buy from icraveit. I purchased a refurbished xbox360 from them and it arrived with a defective network port. I emailed them to request an RMA. They responded by telling me to wait for an email where a shipping label will be attached. The email never arrived. I've contacted them multiple times since then with no response.

I called Microsoft to see if I could have the item fixed. They told me that there was already a complaint logged for that console. The compliant? A defective network port. It seems that icrave it does not even bother sending in these units to be refurbished or tests them either.

My last contact with them was to ask for a refund but, again I have not heard back from them. Avoid at all cost."
