"Today I got home from work to find a, "Sorry we missed you" card on my door. My son sent me a birthday gift that I still have not received. The card said to call so I did and told them they could deliver it tomorrow after 3:00. The rude lady on the phone said they will try but no promises. That if they did, it would not be delivered until all their other scheduled deliveries were made. I said, well didn't my son pay for delivery, she said, "we tried to deliver it". That's IT !!!!! You will only try once without even asking what is a good time? I said, how are you going to make a delivery when no one is home, she said they don't have scheduled times. I also asked about getting a fresh delivery since its been riding around in a truck all day, she said that one is yours, they will not make another. What kind of service is this? Thanks Edible Arrangements for ruining my surprise birthday gift. "
