"The other reviews are correct about this being a scam company. I ordered a clock and eventually it said my order was complete. I never received a confirmation email, tracking information, or my merchandise. I tried to contact them via their online question form and never received any reply. It's been over a month and still no clock. Do NOT order anything from this company or they will steal your money."

"Contact form on their website doesn't work. They also don't reply to pre-sales inquiries sent to them directly by regular email (tried twice over several months in 2013 and 2014).

My first order went well. Received my clocks. All good so far. I received also a little beautiful card in the package titled "Double Happiness" telling me that I'd be able to get a 10% discount on my next order. There was no coupon code on that message and it only said that I'd have to contact them.

However when I tried to contact them for my 2nd order as returning customer a couple of months later to get my discount, well, I never received a reply. Yes, they are in Hong Kong and there are currently a lot of demonstrations going on, but I got no reply for over a week now. I'm now a bit critical about Homeloo. Don't like that."
