"I have ordered 35+ DVDs from this store. I have had no shipping problems whatsoever. One damaged disc was immediately replaced with no shipping charge and one incorrect item has been credited to my next order. They have been very responsive to my questions."

"I ordered on the 13th, it was shipped on the 14th, and I received it on the 19th, which I think is excellent turn around time. The only problem was that the DVD had some scratches on it from what seems to be a less-than-secure case (the disc moves a little around when 'snapped' into the box). Still, it was not huge damage and I would consider ordering again if I could not find the movie on cheaper auction sites.

A week went by and I never received them (USPS showed they were never shipped), so I e-mailed and called the company. Then they e-mailed me back on 7/2 saying they would ship the package again. They gave me a tracking number which indicated the package was delivered in Texas. That is not the address I gave them or in my records with the company. They asked questions about why I didn't receive it. Why was it not sent to the correst address?"
"Without doubt the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I ordered a large amount of DVD's which they quickly deducted from my credit card. They say they shipped and provided me with a tracking number. Guess what, the USPS has never recieved a package with that tracking number and these people will not return my emails or phone calls. They do not even list their correct phone number on their web page. I had to track it down and it's a freaking cell phone. It has been 11 days since my order and I fear I will never see my movies. I have started to take the appropriate legal action. "
"This compay SUCKS!!! I was charged for a movie they did not have in stock. Then they advise me the movie just came in a couple weeks later and they will ship it out ASAP. I am still waiting for the movie. There is no contact information to call them and the number that appeared on my credit card statement was a cell phone #. They will not respond to my emails even though they state they will respond in 12 to 24 hour upon receipt of your email. I cant believe I might have to take legal action against them since they will not credit my credit card and seem to have gone on vacation or something. So in other words if you are purchasing from these people and you actually get your order consider yourself LUCKY.
