"This hisupplier is just like alibaba. I went to buy a product and asked for specs and nothing. Told them I am a retailer and I would need a sample unit so me and my boss could see if the product is up to standards, no way. I am talking when you punch on the north American button to limit options. I complained to them that's not how you do business and I am not sending cash, western union and money gram are essentially cash, without a test run on the product. No deal, they wouldn't go for it, scammers. Then a couple days later I went to Alibaba and typed in my exact words again, and guess what, and none of those "companies " were there. There were different companies. So then I emailed alibaba on July 24, 2015, a Friday and nothing in return yet. This is Sunday morning .
Alibaba is just like hisupplier in that these countries and even alibaba is over seas.
Even, in my case, most of the "north American " companies. They are not in the business of having repeat customers, they are in the business to scam you and then move on to the next sucker. Unless they let you, and I mean alibaba and hisupplier, log on with there website a bank or debit card, and then hold funds back until you are satisfied with the product, don't do it. Don't ever, ever ever send western union or money gram or the like and, with these websites, never ever exchange money with these so called companies. Use a neutral, free, third party.

"scam scam scam !!!! we placed an order though this website. We ordered two cell phones, and first package that was tracked went to another state, second package came to my doorstep but with no cell phones, they sent me cheap replica sunglasses. Those were some very expensive sunglasses, and of course money was sent western union so, we can not get our money back !!!!! I would say do not order from ANYONE on the website...."
