"Reviews are deceiving! After not receiving a receipt after ordering, I sent and email which was answered next day, and a receipt was also sent. I got my order within 3 days.
Please give this company a chance, customer service was prompt and polite! I will use them again "

I purchased on item on 11/13 and NEVER received a tracking number as the confirmation email stated. I contacted customer support and some lady replied saying that she will send one right away... never did.

I finally received my item on 11/24 but I might as well not have. I had ordered a toner and it was inside a soaking package with no cap or proper box. There was duct tape over the spray and that is why ALL THE CONTENTS OF THE ITEM HAD SPILLED OUT. Don't ever order from here."
