"As the owner of a components business myself I can not credit Heliguy enough with the level of professionalism they showed whilst handling a difficult situation recently. A foreign seller sent my boss a drone which had some issues due to the package being sent out over 4 months. The foreign seller promised a repair and had our drone collected and sent to Heliguy. Heliguy fixed it promptly but the seller refused to pay for the repair for a long period. This stuck Heliguy in the middle of us trying to get our property and them getting paid. Throughout, they remained professional and understanding of our frustration. You know when a company is good when its competition is willing to speak about them in such high regard.
