Terrible Experience

"Son ordered a speaker. Harman sent earbuds with packing slip addressed to someone in another state. Multiple emails and requests for a refund or resolution were stonewalled. No refund issued and will not send a return label for us to send back the wrong product. Sending a pic of the wrong merchandise with packing slip didn't help. Co. kept saying there was a UPS claim but never gave us a claim number to track progress. Very suspicious. Do not do business with them unless you want to be ripped off"
