"My Gymboree order was delivered to wrong address, two hundred miles away from my home. When I contacted customer service and asked politely for help, they refuse to reship my order and said I have to check my neighborhood for parcel. Seriously? To check all two hundred miles of the neighborhood around???!!!! The seller has to deal with the shipping company in case of misdelivery, not the buyer! The seller must insure expensive shipment, buyer doesn't have such option. Totally useless customer service!
After I asked to make me refund in the amount of $320, they said I have to contact my financial institution to file a chargeback. What a stupidity! They don't have any intention to help their customers!
Now I have to wait for 30 days while my bank investigates this issue to get my money back.
