"• I bought Therapet tables from Groomers.com. I was told they were modeled after the Edemco table. Well they weren't! The tables started falling about right out of the box. We had to order extra feet because some of them wouldn't screw in, the table top kept unscrewing from the base, the black coverings on the base kept popping off and the rubber cover for the foot pump started to rip with in 6 weeks. This table is supposed to support a dog up to 300lbs, but the 36" grooming arm supports a dog of a much smaller size. Any standard size dog , lab, poodle etc would have the top of the arm right in it's face. Not safe for the groomer or the dog. Not to mention the hole where the arm slid into wasn't even square. It was made poorly and slightly diamond shape. The arm would rattle unsafely back and forth again causing safety issues. After much "to do" I was able to return the tables. They were actually going to charge me all for the original shipping cost 345.00. After complaining they halfed the shipping charges. I am not sure why I would have to pay any shipping on a product that is poorly made, unsafe and falling apart???? I felt ripped off, lied to fooled. I will never shop at Groomers.com, Allpets, and Dog.com again and will let everyone know my experience. And after this episode they remove theose tables from their website. interesting?? I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
