"Michael Fischer is a cocky, self absorbed business owner who doesn't "need your business"...because he has "thousands" of customers. He failed to renew my unit via email, and when asked what happened when I called, he offered no explanation or apology for the poor communication, and talked over me heatedly asking for a credit card instead of addressing my concern... I will never use these guys again...
