"At the April 2015 Ormond Beach Highland Games, my husband and I were ordered and payed for a Clark tartan Skilt & Sash for me. I was sized, the order taken and paid for. We were told it would be 10 weeks for delivery. 12 weeks later we had nothing. We tried by phone, e-mail & Facebook and it took a month before we got a response from anyone at Got Kilt. They were very rude and said they would send us a check for a refund. We told them that we wanted the merchandise, but they said they were having trouble getting it. THEN they said they would send the refund AND the Sash. I don't know how they were supposed to send the Sash if nothing was getting through. Regardless, it has now been over 5 MONTHS and we still have no product, no refund and no apology.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We are out $75!
I have filled a complaint with the BBB."
