" I will leave my original rant below just so it can be read. Ed contacted me after I canceled my order (see below). GOPCPLUS made a concession for the difficulties I was given and shipped the HDTV 2day express at no additional cost. The HDTV arrived undamaged and is now part of my home-theater system.
I ordered a Panasonic CT-34WX52 HDTV set that was showing in stock at the time of purchase. The following day instead of receiving a tracking number I received a back order notification. I responded asking if there was an ETA on when the set might be available but got no reply. Today, 2 days later I called to see if an ETA on the set was available and I was told I could check back in a week or so or I could just order from someone else, which I think is a rather unprofessional answer to a very simple question. So far I rate this company a “0” on all aspects of the rating process
1 Price “0” why have a great price on something that you don’t have
2 Future purchase “0” Why would I purchase from a company that misrepresents its inventory to get the sale
3 Shipping “0” They can’t ship it if they don’t have it (even though their web site says they do )
4 Technical Support “0” You have to be kidding! You did read the above paragraph right?
5 Return Replacement “0” They never shipped it so thank goodness I don’t have to deal with that mess

"My experience with PCPlus was and continues to be a nightmare. I ordered a Wacom tablet on 12/12/02. It was a christmas gift for my husband. On 12/17 I called to check the status of delivery, and they advised me that it would not ship until after Christmas so I cancelled the order. "Their supplier sent us the wrong HDD's claiming that even though the part no.'s were different than the ones we ordered they were same HDD's. Ephraim went out of his way to make sure that we were sent the correct ones at their cost, despite the idiot claims of their supplier. He sent us the right drives, didn't charge us a penny for extra shipping and was generally helpful and friendly throughout the entire ordeal. Satisfied customer :)

Story goes as follows;
Searched net for prices on camera battery and found that they had best price. I called to confirm battery price and specs and got conformation from Mike (owner I think). He asked if I wanted to order now, and I said I'll call back. He even said that it was a "very good" price for these OEM batteries.
Two days later, June 19th, I called to place my order. I asked for Mike and remined him that we spoke about these batteries two days earlier, and I wanted place my order.
He transfered me to Barbara who took payment and order detalis. We reviewed the items and shipping charges. Barbara also confirmed that the price was what was quoted by Mike. I followed up with a email confirming order and price.
Well, guess who had a problem "later" in the day with their order.
I called Mike today, and was told that it was the wrong price and that the items were not in stock. I said that the website did not state that, and was told that the page was changed. The page does not state that it is out of stock. In fact, he said that he can get it in a couple of days.
I again stated that we discussed these batteries two days ago, and you (Mike), even said it was a "great price".
Would it not seem that if it was a mistake, they had two days to make any changes or alteratations to the item on the site.
He then said that the price was for the "generic" battery, which I did not want. He offered to get me the OEM battery at the new price.
Of course the site now has changed the pages, but I printed out the old page with the original price.
We had an agreed deal, and they refused to honour it.
All I can say, is "DO NOT BUY FROM WITH THIS VENDOR".
They have "NO PRINCIPLES or HONOUR".
