"I had $86 of Bitcoin in my giftme wallet for months. Just checked it and my balance is zero. I did not use the $86 to buy any of their gift cards. This company are crooks. Stay away. Far away. "

Their registered agent is Chris Figge of Littleton, CO. He runs Hostifo LLC, Mycompanyworks inc, among others.

"I have reported him to the authorities because I noticed a distinct amount of Gift Card scammers based out of Cheyenne WY with his name attached as a registered agent. I think the FTC, IC3, and Colorado/Wyoming authorities will thank me for this."

DONT BUY from GIFTME - giftme is fraud company...

"giftme is fraud company... this is selling cards which doesn't have balance you paid for and you will find only when you want to use it and they wont even respond if this is over 7 days... now if someone buys $100 card for supercuts how can they expect customer to spend in one week and know if balance is ok or not... In nutshell this is clear fraud that customer are not entitled to balance they paid for and responses from them are horrible. buy from other places but GIFTME."

"DO NOT BUY FROM GiftMe. They only guarantee their gift cards for 7 days. That alone speaks volumes.

On top of that, they won't take credit card payments, which is presumably because all of their bogus sales would end up getting charged back to them.

"Only 7 days money back guarantee , after 7 days it shows zero balances . and they won't refund your money . Horrible customer service(they will ignore your email ) . Complete SCAM!!

"I recently purchased a $25 Starbucks gift card. I tried using it at 3 different locations and it came up invalid at each one. The same thing happened with a $25 Panda Express card and a $50 Supercuts card. Customer support is awful and they will not refund cards! Total scam!!"

SCAM - Do Not Buy Any GC from this FRAUD

"Bought several GC from them mainly because convenience of app, immediate delivery online delivery of GC details and 7days return guarantee. BUT it cost me a lot - all of my GC that i didnt use within 7day guarantee period were unusable due to zero balance.

Not sure whether they are selling same GC to multiple people and whoever get to use them first gets the benefit or something else. In any case they refuse to dispute GC after 7days and i lost the money. This happened with more than 1 card - for ne at Giordanos, you can check history of GC transaction and it showed to be used in Las Vegas strip at once all $100.. this card was kept in wallet in giftme app.. no one had this card other than me and ofcourse people at giftme.. and i havn’t been to Vegas in last 3 years..

Unbelievable.. just stay away and save your money from these scammers..

Stay Away from Giftme

"I purchased my first gift cards tonight from this seller. After the purchase, I contacted customer service, and had a terrible experience. There are a few things in their fine print that is strict and unusual compared to the other gift card sellers. While I received prompt email replies, the gentleman on the other end was very rude, assuming, and threatening. I do not plan to do business with them again. I highly recommend you avoid them as well.

And, they really don't need your business. I was told that they sell "thousands of gift cards every day". At just 2,000 cards per day with a minimum value of $25, he is stating that they sell at least $18,250,000 per year, probably much more. I have a very hard time believing that since I've been doing this for a long time and I've never heard of them before.

UPDATE

This is a followup to my initial review. Five days after purchase, all of my Starbucks gift cards were zeroed out. Starbucks told me that the original payment for the cards didn't go through. It appears to me that this was obviously intentional by the original buyer.

After emailing giftme, I received a response at 1:03 am central time. Interestingly, they weren't concerned that their gift cards bounced or that I had a bad experience. Instead, they tried to scold me, they lied, and they gave indirect threats. They didn't even ask any questions to try to get more information to solve the issue. Credit card company already gave me a temporary chargeback.

Do not buy from Giftme!

"Do not buy from Giftme! I tried buying a Panera card that was shown as 25% off and got 16% off instead. Let them know I would need a refund. They said they don't refund cards with full balances. I said I would have to dispute this since it was not what was advertised. This is their response:
