"4 tiles glued together which broke when seperating. I mailed their customer service many time with no respone. they don't care.
After dealing with many consumer who i have purchased from before, their customer service is practically non existent. I emailed them many times with 0 response. They don't have customer service

"Ordered tiles for the garage mid August. Order came not complete - their customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with- you call the number and no one answers - EVER! It states to leave a call back number and they will return your call - they don’t -EVER! You send an email and they don’t respond - EVER! I tried to reach someone for 3.5 weeks every single day. Then I got smarter and pushed new sales and pronto someone answered ! They gave me the run around but finally transferred me to what I though was “customer service” - so this company outsources their customer service to. 3rd party who knows NOTHING about their product - it’s just a person to speak to but can’t really help you. Btw the 3rd party outsource does customer service for multiple companies - so no wonder you can’t get in touch with someone !! So I ordered 33 female pieces for the end of the garage and was charged $133- they sent me 13 not 33 and I need make pieces not female. After being placed on hold on and off for over an hour with this representative they were going to send me the 33 male pieces and just have me keep the 13 female pieces as it was cheaper that way than mailing them back- per representative ! I didn’t care I don’t need the female pieces - so she gave me an order number - apologized for the delay in getting in touch with someone and asked me to give her a google review! She spoke of the review more than the order - of course I did not give her a review and waited to see if I got the order so I could finally finish my garage floor that has been going on since 8/22- it’s 9/24 and I still DONT have the pieces - no way to track them since the order number I was given was the same one from the first order which I didn’t realize until I got off the phone !
The representative I spoke to was on 9/13 and again 9/25 and no 33 pieces and they still have my $133 dollars. Btw Tia company is in Phoenix and I am in Phoenix so can’t be a transportation issue !
Worst customer service ever !! So I get to go back and go through the entire process again and again and my Garage floor still is not complete ! The product may be good but my god if there is an error then you are totally out of luck . Lastly, when I did get to talk with the “customer service “ representative she looked up my order and said yea I see your order was delivered not complete - so I was more angry and no one called to tell me that or let me know or send me the complete order ! Just gonna take my
Money and not give me all of the product and hope the customer never said anything ! So now I will make it my quest to blast this company because of all of this - beware buyer beware !!"
