"they allow scammers to sell and steal buyers money the seller will wait until the protection for the product has ran out and then refund the item or account purchase and leave u with no product and no money and since the protection has ran out g2g will simply say its not your problem and look the other way and let the sellers keep scamming and wont do any thing even though the seller has 100s of reports about scamming"

I was scammed but no action was taken

"/ I bought a Tarkov account, and after a few days, the seller refunded the amount from the game’s website/

I contacted the g2g help center, but they only gave me the same answer. No action is taken against the seller at all. If you're going to scam, do it here
The help center tells me to talk to the seller, but the seller reads my message and doesn't reply
The seller is still selling the account well so there is no penalty whatsoever
g2g help center doesn't help me at all

I will never use it again and will publish it in a Korean article

Delivered a faulty code with no help from G2G

"I purchased a Steam code for Mount&Blade: Bannerlord. The code was obviously too few characters to be a valid code, so I reported the issue to G2G for a refund or new code. I had to wait 2 days for the seller to respond, but since they did not respond in the given time, I escalated the claim. I had no correspondence with G2G for days, then after a week, they outright declined my claim, even though I had plenty of proof. Luckily, the seller got in contact with me and offered to compensate me with a Steam Gift card, so good on him. This was my first time using G2G and will be my last. "
