"I called three times, and each time I went from being second in the queue, to being first in the queue, to being prompted to leave a message to getting disconnected when I opted to keep holding. If they can't bothered to answer their phone then I can't imagine the rest of their business practices are much better, so I'll be shopping elsewhere. Avoid this shady seller!"
