"I would not recommend Fruugo to anyone in South Africa. Their website creates the impression that you buy a local item from a local shop, which is not the case. I have placed an order for delivery just to get notice that the item was sent from an international destination via normal mail to me. The tracking info provided indicates "expired" and there is no way to track the parcel - just a scam and a waste of money. Stay clear from them."

Tried to get support and help from customer care. Customer what? Can send standard emails with link to their terms and conditions and will not take over any responsibility. Package is on the way.
