"This was the worst experience I have ever had buying any sort of secondhand tickets. It is a scam operation. I bought tickets on Monday for a Sunday show, on Tuesday they called to say the tickets weren't available anymore, so they would credit me and find a ticket near the original. They then called me on Thursday for the Sunday show to tell me that the SECOND ticket I purchase two days ago was no longer available and there weren't any tickets near my original, only worse seats for a higher cost. I still chose to do that but when they tried to charge my card, it declined because it turns out they had not credited me for the last two tickets that were not actually available. After checking my statement, I was also inexplicably charged an "Internet Surcharge Fee" which is insane considering the whole thing is on the internet. Also, their customer service is horrendous. They were condescending, non apologetic, and quick to tell me that I was wrong for being upset about the situation. The reviews saying this is a stand up service are a joke.
To be clear, I am now out $700 for 3 concert tickets and a $100 random charge for a concert that I am now not even going to.
