"Very disappointing experience. The flowers were ordered in the morning of the 19th of June 2007 for "same day delivery" (DELIVERY WAS NOT FREE BY THE WAY...£4.95 EACH BOUQUET!!!). They arrived this morning 21st of June 2007 at 11am...It was a 50th birthday present. So much for a surprise! On top of it, the picture on the website showed a magnificent bouquet presented in a vase. Nothing said 'vase for illustration purpose only'. The flowers arrived in normal post in a flat box!!!! Not even tied together as a bunch of flowers at least, forget the vase but what a presentation for a present. They never mentioned that detail either. And, the cherry on the cake, the message that we left with the flowers was scribbled at the back of a viking card dumped in the box somewhere. I say no more.
I will NOT recommend this shop to anybody, you can find cheaper elsewhere for this kind of service.
oh, nearly forgot: a word about customer service: NIL. They were rude and unhelpful. When I called on the 20th, one said the flowers had been delivered already (REALLY???) and when I called again, someone else said "I will look into it and call you back". I'm still waiting for that phone call..."
