"False advertising of flower bouquets. After placing a order they send email alleging they can not find a florist for the arrangement purchased. Instead of refunding me, they state a substitution arrangement that is upgraded will be sent. The substitute arrangement was horrible and looked like an amateur through the flowers together in a basic vase.
After calling to make a complaint, they offered to take my mother's flowers the day before Mother's day and refund the money or refund me 20% off the purchase of the flowers. Yet their website say 100% satisfaction guarantee. What a joke. I will never ever use them again. "
