"Horrible service! 3 weeks after placing the order, I sent them an email which stayed ignored for 2-3 days. I finally called their phone number and got a guy who kept answering other calls (or talking to coworkers?) while on the call with me. At first he said he was pretty sure the order shipped out already, then after some checking he said they don't have all the parts together yet and that the order will ship on Monday (today) with some kind of faster shipping. According to the website, however, the order is still "Waiting to be Processed" or "Pending". On the upside, it doesn't look like my CC has been charged yet.
Don't order unless you're willing to wait 4 weeks for the order to be shipped out!
Update: finally got 6 out of 8 items 5 weeks after ordering. UPS Ground shipment, not priority as promised over the phone.
