"I bought 4 dresses from ezpopsy then I want to add expedite shipping so after I placed an order I canceled right a way and placed another one with expedite shipping. I received dresses late after 2 weeks and I got my refund on the 1st order after one month of waiting. The dresses were in a bad quality and irregular sizes ( not worth their prices) so I asked for return label. Customer service was very slow in response, makes it impossible to return anything and now I’m stuck with those ugly dresses were tailored improperly and have to return them and wait another month for sure to get a refund. I don’t recommend this site!! Horrible experience!! The website pictures are very misleading..don’t buy from them."
"Horrible is the only way to explain my experience. Ordered and paid for two garments, only received one that was terrible quality and not to size. Its been two months of constant emails trying to get my money back for the item that they never sent. Not once have I ever received a response or acknowledgment of my emails. This is the worst on line shopper experience I have ever had, they are dishonest, unresponsive, unethical and have no idea of customer service. How is a company like this allowed to continue to trade on line??"

"Scam! Scam! Scam! If you want to save yourself from trouble and headache, I would highly recommend NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a couple of items worth almost $200. The things were small, and the fabric was not of good quality. But the worst was the customer service for returning the items. Someone offered the site a 20% discount and kept the things. I responded I was unable to keep the items as they were small and only wanted a refund. She also mentioned in her email that the return could be costly and learn longer to which I responded, I'm unable to keep them as they were small things to me, and only requested a refund. However, I never got back a response despite a follow-up. Their returns are not something that you can click and print the return level. You have to email them to give you return instructions. Now, I'm stuck with the items that I won't be able to use and my money went down the drain. And I know they have a 30-day return policy. But how would I be able to send back the items and they would be able to receive them on time when to never heard anything from them after my request for a return? Please save yourself from wasting your money on buying stuff that offers no guarantee just in case you're not satisfied with the items."
"I ordered a denim dress from this shop. It is a great dress that transitions from summer to fall. It is made from a denim fabric that has no stretch. The cut is generous, so the lack of stretch is not a problem. The hemline is longer in the back than in front.The sleeves are great length and are easily rolled up. The fabric has a mid weight, so it hangs well on the body without clinging. It washed well, and did not shrink in a meaningful way. I would 100% buy more from here. I am a fan of their styles, construction and fabric of dresses on this website. I would recommend buying from EZPOPSY."
"I ordered from the website a year ago. The item was very bad quality and the size was different than what they mentioned. I threw it away. They put the add again on my Instagram and I like a couple of items, after ordering I found out it’s the same website so I requested a cancellation of the order within less than 24 hours as per their policy. I received an email asking why after two days and never heard back from them although I sent multiple emails so far. My order was worth more than 160 dollars so I’m assuming my money is gone since they are totally ignoring my emails and requests. Total spam be ware"

I first saw this dress on facebook post. I messaged them and they give me the link and instruct me how to place my order.
I loved this dress so much the day I wore it!
But I waited until I washed it to write a review. It washed up great! I let it line dry instead of tossing it in the dryer but that is typical of what I do for my dresses.
This dress is magically flattering, so comfortable, the material is butter soft, I did wear a slip under it but I don’t think that would be necessary, it breathed well (I wore it to an outdoor wedding in July heat and humidity) and I really can not say enough good things about this dress.
It fit true to size and I am looking to buy another pattern to wear to yet another upcoming outdoor wedding. Recommend this store! "
"I have just received the dress ordered! This dress is very cute and super comfortable to wear. Great dress! Fit was right on target. Nice comfy material. Nice conservative skirt length. I hate my large arms so I was happy that the length of the sleeves provided good coverage while still being short enough to not make me feel hot or confined.
The shipping time is longer than I expected. But it is delivered to me in time.
And the customer service is so great! At first, I am not sure about hte size. So I conact them for some suggestions. Angelina answered my questions and help me to choose a suitable size. Now i got a dress fits me perfect! I really love it. I would highly recommend this store!!"
"I loved this dress for my bridal shower! It is sheer towards the bottom hem as the slip underneath only goes to my upper thigh, but it was still modest and cute. I loved the sleeves and it has a pull around the waist that gives you some shape. I usually don't like shift dresses but this one gave me shape and made me feel secure the whole time. Love it!"

Ladies, in order for an empire waist to look best, look at fabric type. This dress is of heavy (but not like a very cheapy polyester) fabric with vertical knit, which actually gives the dress a flowing drape. If you have a bigger bust, you’ll have to size up. The empire waistline should fall just an inch or so below the bust. I wore a lightly lined bra. Unlined would not be wise. If you are petit, or on the shorter side, keep in mind the length of the dress. Some reviews said arms were tight. I did not think so. It looks very pretty with pointed ballet flats. I’ll be ordering a few more colors!"

"I got my order with rusted button and badly made knit dress (as pic 1) which was not as they described on their website. Their return policy is very tricky(as pic 2). I shipped it back for return as they required anyway for $27.75 out of my pocket (as pic 3 & 4) on Dec 20th, 2021. It’s been 2 months, but they haven’t issued refund yet."

"I bought 4 dresses and they cost $436 yet they don't look as nice as it shows in the pictures and they did not fit. I tried to return them and after several emails that I had to insist on my request to return, they finally sent me the return code!
But I had to return them to China and they needed to arrive until a certain time! I also had to make sure that there will be no taxation involved which was not possible when I asked in USPS!
So I had to keep them even though I can never use them!
I don't think they should sell their products in the US when they don't have a store or any location here to get the returns!
I would never shop from them again!"
