They answered me and said their return policy was 14 days and this is way too late to get a credit as it was 18 days. "The customer service rep that I emailed severely lacked in professionalism and training. I tried first contacting them directly through email, then submitting a return form and the same person replied to both submissions. Their return policy is terrible. You pay for shipping to receive the product, then pay to ship it back, plus a 20% restocking fee for an item less than $40. Plus, the lug nuts that I ordered were the cheapest looking lug nuts I've ever seen. The walls were extremely thin and the seat contact area was about 1/8" thick. Save your money and buy elsewhere, even eBay!"
"I didn’t receive my product and when I confronted the post office they told me to speak with EZAccessory. EZAccessory’s customer service would not respond to my emails. When I finally got ahold of some one via phone the gentleman was very rude. Claiming I lived in a bad neighborhood and that my package was most likely to be stolen. I was home at the time of “delivery “ so I know that that is not the case. When I asked about a refund or to have them resend the product he said he “ couldn’t be out double product.” He then told me to make a case with the post office. After I had already told him I spoke with the post office. I told him that I would be contacting my bank and disputing the charges. That is when he told me. “ if you want to be immature like that go ahead.” He then told me “to never purchase anything from their company again.” He then hung up on me. He is correct about one thing. I will never be using there company ever again. "

"I purchased twelve 4.75" to 4.5" adaptors off this criminal and all of the 4.5" holes were drilled out of line. After a long argument he suggested using wobble nuts and wanted to send them out at half price. He eventually agreed to refund me for the adaptors and shipping. Shipping was $136. In the end he never refunded the shipping. I have contacted him many times but they continue to ignore me. Had I known he was a scam artist I would have held onto the adaptors (if they could be called that) for proof and reported him to the authorities. I have since got the adaptors else where which fit like a glove.
He will be going on until he kills someone!!!

"I get my tires rotated every 5000 miles. On the second rotation two of the lug bolts snapped at the base of the washer. Vendor refused to consider that the lugs were poor quality and blamed it on installer. I have been to same Mechanic since 2009 and after 26 tire rotations and numerous other services that required tire removal I have never had a problem with previous lug nuts or overtightening. Be warned vendor states there is no warranty on the lug nuts he is selling."
